US house passes the abortion rights bill, poor outlook in the senate

The US Representatives Representative Council approved the legislation on Friday to protect abortion services to restrictions on the country supported by the Republic, including the Texas law that imposes almost abortion, but it is not possible to pass the Senate.
A democratic controlled house selects 218-211 mostly along the party line to pass laws called women’s health protection laws.
Only one Democrats, Henry Cuellar representative from Texas, chose to oppose the proposal.
The bill will protect the service of abortion and pre-empty many republics restrictions have passed at the country level, such as those who need ultrasound or other tests.
It is expected to pass through the Senate which is divided evenly, where Democrats need at least 10 Republicans to support it.
Senator Republic Susan Collins, a moderate who supports abortion rights, says he oppose it.
He said home bills would weaken the exception given to health care providers who refused to aborted about moral or religious reasons.
But the election of the house provides an opportunity for Democrats to show their support for abortion rights ahead of the 2022 congress election, which will determine which party controlling Congress in the President of President Joe Biden’s semester.
“It’s time to trust women, to respect their decision,” said Democratic Representative Rosa Delauro during the home debate.
Legislation follows the enactment of the Texas law which effectively prohibits abortion after six weeks of pregnancy, before many women realize that they are pregnant.
Abortion provider expects other Republican LED countries to pass similar steps if the court allows Texas law to remain in its place.
The US Supreme Court, which has a strong conservative slope, also considered the limiting Mississippi law, raising the democratic concern that the High Court can reverse ROE v.
Wade.
Most of the Republican parliamentarians opposed to abortion and party activists had long urged the Supreme Court to reverse Roe v.
Wade.
“Our nation must invest in women’s health care and health care of unborn infants,” said Representative of the Republic of Gus Bilirakis during the floor debate.
“This bill is opposite.” On Thursday, an abortion provider in Texas asked the US Supreme Court to hear their challenges on their law, which allowed private citizens to demand anyone who denied in an abortion after the six-week cutoff.
The High Court, which has 6-3 conservative majorities, refuses to obstruct the law earlier this month.
A mid-June / Ipsos survey found that 52% of adults say abortion must be legal in the case of “mostly” or “all”, while 36% said it must be illegal.
