Glasgow: US President Joe Biden said on Tuesday that Chinese leader Xi Jinping made a “big mistake” by not attending the Glasgow climate and the G20 Summit but said that he hoped for talks to prevent conflict.
“This is a big mistake, frankly, for China does not appear.
The rest of the world looks at China and says ‘what value did they give?’,” Biden said a press conference on the COP26 Summit in Glasgow.
