WASHINGTON: US President Joe Biden will undergo his first annual physical exam as Head of State Friday, 79th birthday night.
“Later this morning, the President will travel to Walter Reed Medical Center for his routine annual physique,” said the White Press Secretary Jen PSAKI in a statement.
PSAKI said further detail will be given after Biden arrived at the National Military Medical Center, right outside the US capital.
Every detail about Biden’s health will definitely be watched carefully, it is speculated whether he will support his intention which was declared to seek the second term in 2024.
The oldest US President in history, Biden promised to be a year ago to become “truly transparent” with voters about all aspects of his health.
The White House also said earlier this year that the results of the Biden finally examination would be published.
In a letter released by its election campaign in December 2019, Biden doctor has described it as “a healthy man, strong, 77 years old, who is suitable to successfully carry out presidential tasks.” Biden does not smoke or drink, and before the election works at least five days per week, according to the letter.
He was vaccinated earlier against Covid-19, and received a booster shot in September.
