US, reaching Chinese to each other about ‘rights’ persecution’, ‘error’ as hot talk ending on a dead end

New Delhi: The United States and China held high-level face-to-face talks on Monday, which highlighted the sharp differences between the two countries.

Both parties still dispose of a number of problems including technology, cybersecurity and human rights.
