ANNAPOLIS, US: US Vice President Kamala Harris is Advised to Provide the graduation Speech at the US Naval Academy’s commissioning Service on Friday.
The event has been held in the Navy-Marine Corps Stadium in Annapolis.
Harris is going to be the first girl to give the graduation address at the Naval Academy.
Approximately 1,000 students will graduate.
Most will probably be commissioned as officers, equally as Navy ensigns or second lieutenants in the Marine Corps.
The academy is currently holding its commissioning service in person this season.
This past year, the academy maintained its first digital collaboration and commissioning ceremony due to the pandemic.
