Mumbai: The Congress Party on Tuesday launched an attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the opposition leader (LOP) Devendra Fadnivis after they organized ‘parallel sessions’ and use loudspeakers in the legislative place of the country.
Parallel sessions in the legislative building were held to protest 12 BJP MLAS suspension quoted accusing bad behavior with officers from the Jadhav Bhaskar chairman in the speaker room.
Targeting BJP, Congress leader Sachin Sawant said that the attitude of the Safron party was truly disgusting.
“Yesterday we saw a violation, threatening and sleepy.
How can they use mic and speakers to protest them in the legislative office? (Sic),” he asked.
He also called BJP behavior as “ignoring the constitutional obligations and democratic norms”.
Sharing short videos of Fadnivis interactions with the media, Sawant said, “@Dev_Fadnavis Ji Winking says everything!” The former minister’s chairman claimed that the 12 BJP legislators were suspended based on false accusations.
The suspended MLA includes Dr.
Sanjay Kute, Ashish Shelar, Abhimanyu Pawar, Girish Mahajan, Atul Bhatkhalkar, Pimple Harishum, Yogesh Rawal, Yogesh Sagar, Narayan Kuche, Bunty Bhangdiya, Parag Alvani and Ram Satquke.
