Greater Noida: A class IX who cycled in his school together with his two sisters was allegedly pushed to the ground by a 22-year-old man from their village on Friday morning.
He also tried to strangle his throat.
Girls – two of them true sisters and third cousins - who belonged to the Kakod Bulandshahr area traveled to school through Dankur when the defendant attacked one of them.
The girls accused the defendant who was a famous drug addict began to beat one of them and even slapped him before strangling the throat.
According to the police, the incident occurred at around 7:30 a.m.
on Friday when the three sisters cycled to their school in the Bulandshahr district.
The route to their school passed through Danurus Gautam Budh Nagar.
They had reached near Changoli Village when the charges of Kapil Bhati saw them.
Bhati allegedly pushed one of the 14-brothers and sisters – a class IX student – kicked the cycle and handed it to the ground.
“The girl alleged that she was slapped by the young man who tried to strangle his trouce, resulting in a minor injury”, said Danur Sho Arvind Pathak to Ti.
The girls accused that they knew the defendant and he was a famous “drug addict”.
After being told, women’s relatives arrived at the Dankaur police station and filed a complaint against the defendant.
Pathak said that the Defendant was arrested.
A pine has been submitted against it under the IPC 323 section (punishment because it voluntarily causes illness), 354 (attacks or use of criminal powers to prevent female modesty) and section 7/8 of the Pocso Law.
The defendant allegedly told the police that he beat a teenager because they “laughed” to him.
