6 E -141 while the departure time is 10:50 a.m.
He reached the Amausi airport and checked the flight and occupied the allocated chairs no 5A.
Just before taking off, the Indigo cabin crew told him that the ticket was canceled and roughly deported him from the flight.
Tiwari asked from Cleartrip and was told that on their side there was no ticket cancellation.

The Commission argues that if it was suspected that tickets were canceled at 7.38 in the morning, why did they allow Tiwari to check in.

After going through circumstances and evidence, the Commission reached the conclusion that there was a lack of service by airlines and also carrying out unfair trade practices with national fame contractors, who will attend urgent meetings in Delhi.
After that, the State Commission provided compensation for Rs 85.5 lakh.
