Lucknow: In a politically significant development, BJP Brass has held MPS party meetings from Uttar Pradesh in Delhi on Wednesday and Thursday.
While the agenda of the meeting has not been published, the source said that leadership might take feedback from parliamentarians vis-a-vis applicable political situations and MLA’s performance sitting in the election of assembly upwards next year.
The meeting was scheduled to be led by the National President of BJP JP Nadda in front of the Head of Yogi Adityanath, Head of BJP Swatantra Dev Singh and Secretary General of the State (Organization) of Sunil Bansal.
According to a source, which is highly placed in BJP, Home Minister Amit Shah is also expected to attend meetings that are considered important even as a firm opposition, especially SP and BSP, making Brahmana’s aggressive outreach to take the mighty BJP in 2022 state selection.
A BJP senior MP confirmed that the meeting was scheduled for direct interaction with party commandos.
He, however, refused to divulge further details called “party internal exercises”.
The source said that party leadership has called parliamentarians in batches according to their respective regions.
BJP divided into six regions: Paschim, Braj, Awadh, Kanpur-Bundelkhand, Kashi and Gorakhpur.
While three regions will be borne on Wednesday, party lawmakers from three other regions have been summoned on Thursday.
Its development, it is not surprising, triggering speculation about party leadership who is looking for feedback from MLA members of MLA parties sitting in each of their constituencies, which can play a key role in the distribution of tickets for the 2022 election.
The source said that the party kept the tab close to MLA , many of which have opened ahead against state leadership.
The meeting was also present on the heel of a landslide victory recently about the party in the election of Panchayat who had just concluded, increasing BJP footprints in rural areas that occur to decide the wealth of the above elections.
