The girl was allegedly kidnapped from the location of Sikandarpur under the Area of the Sikandarpur Police Station on Saturday night, said Rajesh Kumar Singh, a responsible station.
The case was registered against one Noman Khan under the Indian Criminal Code 363 (kidnapping) and 366 (kidnapping, kidnapping or inducing a woman to force him to get married) based on the complaint submitted by the sister on Sunday.
With input from informants, the police save teenagers.
