Uttar Pradesh: The bodies of livestock are found floating in the Ganges in Kannawa

Kannauj: The corpse of dead livestock looks floating near the meeting of the river times and the Ganges river with wild dogs and crows rolling on them, a government official said on Saturday.
Kannauj District Judge Rakesh Kumar Mishra quoted a report from the head of an animal to say 37 dead livestock was found floating at the meeting on Friday.
From them, 20 is buffalo and the rest is a cow, he said.
Umakan Sub-Division Judge (SADA) Tiwari said there was no cattle who died in the district according to the information obtained from villagers and cowhouse.
He said the possibility of bodies that came from neighboring districts could not be ruled out.
HR said that livestock bodies were taken out of the river and buried in a hole using JCBS.
Tiwari said the investigation would know about the origin of the corpse.
