Dehradun: On a big jolt for the Ruling Bharatiya Party (BJP) in Uttarakhand, the Minister of Senior Cabinet at Pushkar Singh Dhami Government, Yashpal Arya, along with his son Sanjiv Arya, also a BJP MLA from Nainital, joined Congress, joining Congress, joining with Congress on Monday.
