Nainital: One of the petitions that have submitted pills in the Uttarakhand High Court on the Covid situation in the country has now approached the Supreme Court (SC) who accused that the state misleads HC to Kanwar Yatra.
The Petitioner, Anu Pant, has submitted an application in the Special Leave (SLP) petition transferred by the Uttarakhand government, challenging HC’s order which remains the opening of Shar Dham Shrins gradually.
Speaking to Toi, Abhijay Negi, advice that appeared for Pant, said that the state government had told HC that it had decided to cancel Yatra’s Kanwar this season but media reports showed that the government reviewed his decision.
“This oppose what they say to HC and we will notify the apex court how HC has been misled by the government,” Negi said.
