Vaccinated staff with a single dose can return to school

Coimbatore: Members of teaching and non-teaching staff can return to schools and colleges from Wednesday, if they are atoculanted with the first dose of vaccines against Covid-19, the GS Sameran District collector is here on Monday.
The Daerrier, Minister of Health Subramanian has made an announcement in this case in Chennai.
There were concerns among members of the teaching staff and non-teaching in the district, because the previous collector made it mandatory for them to take a vaccine dose to return to work.
According to the state government, more than 90% of teachers have taken the first dose of vaccines.
However, most of them have not taken a second shot work.
However, the collector does not support the same thing, given the recent surge in Daily Covid cases.
Following the ministerial announcement, he changed the decision, while asking for teaching and non-teaching staff members to fully vaccinate the earliest by coordinating with the Deputy Director of Health Services in the district.
So, reporting swimming in fresh Covid case on that day, when 188 people were tested positive for viruses, taking Case Tally to 2,35,903.
In the past four days, Caseload is above 200 marks in the district, which currently has 2,042 active cases.
With 203 patients issued after treatment on the day, the number of patients restored had shot up to 2,31,598.
Covid victims rose to 2,263 with the district recorded three deaths that day.
In Tirupur, new cases fell to 73 on Monday, even when 94 patients recovered, carrying active cases to 787.
While 90,236 people were tested positive for viruses in Tirupur to date, 88,520 of them had recovered.
The district also recorded Covid’s deaths that day, pushing tolls to 929.
