Vadodara: A Multipurpose Health Worker (MPHW) used using all the Sanpa Public Health Centre (PHC) at Panchmahal district has been sacked after documents revealed a guy who’d expired in March was closed in the center in May.
The episode came to light once the dead man’s brother received a message telling that he was vaccinated.
The man climbed suspicious since he’d taken the very first dose in April.
When he assessed farther, it came to light his dead brother Kalidas Bhil along with his spouse Santu Bhil was vaccinated May 26.
Bhil had expired in March 2020 and Santu hadn’t ever chosen for vaccination.
The family suspected their voter ID cards had been abused for vaccination.
An official stated that it was demonstrated a MPHW had left the registrations.
The officer stated that although it had been clear that the health employee was responsible for its registrations, it wasn’t apparent if he did so intentionally.
The MPHW has been on contract also was sacked because his engagement came to light.
The officer added that additional investigations were conducted at the situation.
