Vaccination Place to Restart in Trichy: Minister

TRICHY: Tamil Nadu civil government minister K Nehru on Tuesday exuded confidence that Covid-19 vaccination drive could be resumed at Trichy district in a couple of days.
“The central authorities provided the vaccine for those people aged over 45 decades.
Even the Tamil Nadu government secured the vaccines in its own for individuals aged between 18 and 44 decades.
The state authorities provided 52,000 dosages to Trichy, plus they had been utilized.
The vaccines will soon be well ventilated.
We’ll resume the vaccination shortly,” Nehru told reporters after inspecting the Government Headquarters Hospital at Manapparai.
The ministry said the Government Headquarters Hospital, that was outfitted with a 100-bedded centre to deal with Covid-19 patients, may be updated if necessary.
The district collector could sanction capital to build the first floor of this hospital, ” he added.
