Gandhinagar: The State Government on Tuesday said that Vadodara has become the sixth district in Gujarat to achieve 100% water connection coverage through a knock.
The ‘Nal SE Jal’ scheme is being implemented throughout the state.
Botad Districts, Anand, Gandhinagar, Mehsana and Porbandar have reached 100% coverage of pipe water connections, said a government statement.
Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel said that the state was committed to reaching pipeline to all houses at the end of 2022.
He spoke to a function to dedicate development work in Vadodara on Tuesday.
