Vadodara: A man, who lives a wedding life that is happy with a woman for 10 years, will now live without a tag as a rape accused.
Incidentally, the man, Chirag Chauhan, had undergone the girl, who was accused of kidnapping and raping, and the couple even had a four-year-old child.
When the girl was 17 years old, Chauhan was ordered by allegations of kidnapping to force her to get married and raped her father filed a complaint with the Jawaharnagar Police Station in April 2011.
However, last week, the court issued it from the allegations kidnapped and raped the girl in 2011 is his wife now.

During the hearing of this case, the woman, who was accused of Chauhan to kidnap, gave a testimony that she was not kidnapped but had left her parents’ house on her own will when they planned to marry a 30-year-old child.

“He escaped from his home last night before the wedding because he did not want to marry the man and like my client, but his parents opposed him,” said Chauhan Lawyer Nandkishor Shah.
He added that he went to Chauhan’s house and asked him to escape to get married, but he was originally afraid of his impact.
But then, he agreed when he insisted and they went to Rajasthan.
Staying in a rental house, Chauhan and the girl had a physical relationship of consensual, Shah said, and when she became an adult, they married and returned to Vadodara.
“The court enforced his statement that he had left his own parents’ house and this boy had not kidnapped him.
Regarding rape too, he said that it was a consensual relationship and not forced,” Shah Toi said.
“The action is considered a rape, with or without consent if the woman is under 16 years old, but here she is 17 and a half when they have a consensual relationship which is also considered a court,” the lawyer added.
The Judge Court of the Minjey Principal District Court when using Chauhan stated that there were no ingredients available in the notes to sue him for violations, he was accused.
