Hyderabad: Padma Shri Awardee Vanajeevi Busah announced that he would donate 20 tons of red sanders that he had planted in the past few decades for Haritha Nidhi state government.
Busah, known as Vanajeevi to plant a few thousand trees over the past few decades along with his wife, met Rajya Sabha MP and founder of Green India Challenge Joginapally Santosh Kumar on Wednesday.
Padma Shri Awardee said that the challenge before we all were facing climate change and protecting the forest.
He urged everyone to plant trees to increase green cover.
