Haridwar: Indian Hockey Star Vandana Katariya on Sundays named the Brand Ambassador of the Women’s Department and Development of Children of Uttarakhand and the Brand Ambassador ‘Beti Bachao, Padhao’s Iron Scheme for Haridwar District.
The announcement was made by the head of the Minister of Pushkar Singh Dhami on the same day he was awarded the Tilu Rauteli award, the highest honor of the country for women, and a day after the State Government announced a cash prize of Rs 25 Lakh for Olympic achievement.
He is Indian’s first woman to score an Olympic hat-trick.
Minister of Sports State and Education Arvind Pandey visited Pandey’s house in Roshnabad Haridwar Village to submit a certificate that announced his appointment as an ambassador to Ms.
Katariya.
“This is a proud moment for us,” said Mrs.

Three defendants have been held so far.
The Indian women’s team made history by finishing as one of the last four teams at the Olympics for the first time.
