Chennai: Madras High Court on Wednesday declared that every acceptance made in educational institutions and appointments conducted for state government services under 10.5% of Vanniyar reservations would be subject to the results of the batch of requests challenging constitutional validity of the internal quota.

The court then posted a final hearing request on September 14.
The court tends to give orders to the parties for the acceptance and appointments of the meeting, the court said.
Previously, who represented the Advocate General of the State Government of Shunmugasundam handed over that the applicant had failed to secure a temporary stay from the Supreme Court and even from the first bench in this court.
Therefore, pressing such orders before this court is unfair.
Supporting the State Stand, Senior Advocate G Masilamani argues that interim giving at this stage will bring the process of acceptance to traffic jams and will create confusion in the minds of students or not to join or not.
Against the argument, senior advocate for Petitioner K M Vijayan proposed that the court must pass while living against the acceptance to educational institutions because the same thing cannot be canceled if the case was decided.
