As a filmmaker Shasshank director ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ was released seven years ago today, actor Varun Dhawan said the film was made with tears, love and a lot of fun.
Varun, who played Rakesh ‘Humpty’ Kumar Sharma’s role in the film, on Sunday took his Instagram story to share some silence, which also featured actress Alia Bhatt, who took the role of Kavya Pratap Singh.
In one image, Varun shared images from the film and wrote: “Seven years ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’.
Exactly how the film is made with tears, love and lots of fun.”
‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ is the second time Alia and Varun have a shared screen room after their debut in the film ‘this year’ student ‘.
Quasi Sequel titled ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ was released in 2017.
Meanwhile, Varun has wrapped a photo shoot for the next film ‘Bhediya’.
Directed by Amar Kaushik, the Supernatural Thriller film also featured Sanon’s criti, Abhishek Banerjee and Deepak Dobriyal, and is scheduled to be released on April 14 next year.
