Navi Mumbai: Judge Judicial Vashi Class First Class (JMFC) Court (JMFC) forgiveness has settled and discarded as many as 334 litigation issues, in a day, during the National Lok Adalat held on December 11 and has recovered Rs 4.43 Crores as the number of settlement.

Meanwhile, a total of 1900 pre-litigation cases were heard, but only 46 cases were disposed of with a total recovery of Rs 95.59 lakh.
Also, 44 ​​cases are resolved online.
These cases are related to MSEDCL bills, bank recovery, e-challans traffic, matrimonial disputes, checking bouncing, criminal compound cases, civil and small cases.
Patil Prasad Advocate, Navi President Mumbai Advocates Bar Association at Vashi Court informed that the National Lok Adalat was organized by the Taluka Law Association Committee and the Navi Mumbai Advocate Bar Association and led by Judge Trupti Deshmukh-rises.
“In 1900 pre-litigation cases, 670 cases were electrical bill disputes, not including non-prominent violations in which parties could not compromise on payments.
1230 small cases remaining including violations that are not prevention related to traffic, RTO, action Police violators.
However, only 46 cases were thrown out where Rs 40.19 lakh recovered after removing 34 cases of electricity bills and Rs 55.79 lakh recovered after posing only 12 small cases.
