Chandigarh: Reeman Nain, a 24-year-old agricultural activist from the village of Kharar in Hisar District Haryana, fighting with the battle whose tip is not visible and faces three criminal cases.
When he stood with other farmers in the struggle to revoke agricultural laws, the young woman, whose family had two hectares of agricultural land, has been slapped on charges of murder efforts, causing obstruction in the official dump of government servants and assualts to take part in protests.
Reaser Reyeman continued to lead from the front at Badopatti Toll Plaza at Hisar-Chandigarh National Highway.
Popular faces protested, Reeman has shared a stage with the leaders of Sanyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM) during the Kisan Panchayat in New Delhi, SKM Mahapachayat in Muzaffarnagar and other farmer demonstrations.
He was determined to save agricultural land and strengthen the agricultural community.
Registering at Ma Hindi in Maharishi Dairand University (MDU), Rohtak, Reeman has been actively involved in various agricultural protest sites for the past eight months.
“Why do I have to stay at home when our brothers and sisters, uncle, and elders we sit in Tikri, Singhu, Jind and other toll plazas.
Now we know what pole’s actions are …
but we certainly won’t be back,” he said.
Reeman admitted that his family was not happy about him taking part in agitation but once they realized how respectfully he was given on the agitation site, they let it.
“We are rustic people.
Every father is worried about his daughter.
Likewise my father.
The people here treat me like their daughter and sister,” he said.
Vikas Sisar, which is part of Sanyukt Kisan Morcha, and Yadav Yadav social activist is full of praise for him.
“He represents the young generation of farmers.
Activists like him make us believe that our efforts will not be in vain,” Semar said.
Why should I stay at home when our brothers, uncle and elders sit in Tikri, Singhu, Jind and other toll plazas.
