Nagpur: With a physical reopening now permitted, drive vaccination is taking place at all levels of college in the state with the aim of creating a safe environment for students.
In both cities and nagpur countryside, vaccination campaigns will sway full according to state government orders.
It has been five months since vaccination began for 18 years and above the population, but many in this category have not taken JAB.
The Nagpur District Collectorate started Mission Yuva Swasttha Lasikaran (Mission of Youth Vaccination) in college from October 25.
This campaign will continue until November 2 and the authorities have urged students to benefit from this.
Just a few months before, there was a snake queue and a great waiting time to order online vaccination slots.
However, in almost every part of the district now, paid / free vaccination can be done without hassle.
Paying attention to this further, the district health department visits the campuses for student vaccination.
Below, 68 universities under the Department of Higher Education and 171 universities under the Department of Technical Education will be able to benefit in this district.
In accordance with the latest data available with the authorities, 812 students have taken vaccines at 16 universities.
From Wednesday, 239 universities will be borne by the campaign.
Media statements from the Collectorate District confirmed that these colleges will come from cities and rural areas.
Pramod Pampatwar, Director of Jhulelal Group of Institution, said, “Students may not miss this opportunity to vaccinate.
All the world has been proven that two doses of vaccines will give you a strong level of protection.
And if you (students) want to enjoy offline classes, hang out With friends etc., there is no better way than to take vaccines.
This vaccination drive is what will encourage them on the road to education.
