Ranchi: Drive Vaccination in Jharkhand is likely to take steps on Tuesday after two days of interference with the state receiving 257,000 doses on Monday afternoon.
Partial inoculation drives were suspended on Saturday and Sunday because the vaccine stock ran dry on Friday night.
According to the State Health Department, a record of 18,111 people was administered on vaccines on Sunday, leaving a total of 38,700 doses for Monday.
However, the drive was affected on Monday morning as well as the session site ran dry within a few hours after it began.
Speaking with Toi, Ranchi District Reproductive, Child Health Officer Dr.
Shashi Bhushan Khalko said: “We only have a few doses left with us on Sunday night, therefore, drive vaccination on Monday is affected.

Sudha Singh, a resident of the airport colony, Hinoo, said: “I have to take the second dose between 3 and 17 July but I did not get JAB on Sunday or on Monday because they said that there was no covishield dose.
I was asked to visit the center on the day Tuesday.
