Chandigarh: The Punjab Vigilance Bureau has decided to submit a remembering petition in the High Court against the order of August 19 which released the former Sumedh Singh Saini National Police Chief of Mainland fraud.
The bureau will also move against the guarantee orders while the High Court to Saini on August 12 in cases of disproportionate assets of former DGP.
Saini was arrested on August 18 in the case of land fraud at the Wewa bureau office in Mohali.
