Thiruvananthapuram: The cabinet on Wednesday has decided to make police verification mandatory for all promises in assisted educational institutions, public sector businesses, welfare councils, development authorities, cooperative and devaswom institutions.
Police verification must be completed in one month after individuals join the service.
The Cabinet decided to instruct all institutions to change the rules, laws and regulations in this time within three months.
Economic Survey: The Cabinet gave permission to conduct economic surveys to take the market to the back economically among advanced communities in the state, and cleaned 75.67 lakh Rs for it.
The survey will be carried out through Kudumbashree.
