JAIPUR: A neighborhood Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader was detained for his alleged participation in the lynching of Rakbar alias Akbar Khan on feeling of cows smuggling at Rajasthan’s Alwar district at 2018, authorities said on Sunday.
This is actually the fifth arrest produced by the Ramgarh Police at the situation.
Authorities had filed a charge sheet against four detained Paramjeet Singh, Naresh Sharma, Vijay Kumar and Dharmendra Yadav — at 2019.
Closing arguments in the event are not yet been discovered from the court.
Alwar SP Tejaswini Gautam stated VHP chief Naval Kishore Sharma was detained three-four days past from the Ramgarh Police and the situation has been investigated through an ASP-rank officer.

ASP (Rural) Shriman Meena, the investigating officer in the case, stated the VHP leader has been detained on Thursday under IPC sections 302 (murder), 304 (culpable homicide) along with many others.
Naval Kishore Sharma was shot under 10-day authorities remand, ” he explained.
Special Public Prosecutor Ashok Kumar Sharma stated Naval Kishore Sharma’s telephonic talks were being analyzed for quite a very long time and his arrest has been created.
He said that the VHP leader gave a feeling he was supporting the authorities in the situation, but he had been part of this criminal conspiracy.
Rakbar and Aslam had supposedly bought cattle from Ladpura village and had been carrying them into their own village in Haryana via a forested region near Lalawandi village if they have been assaulted by those accused.
Aslam had been able to escape, however, Rakbar succumbed to injuries at a hospital.
