Nagpur: Eight of the 11 Vidarbha District now has at least one sample sent for positive genome sequencing testing for Delta + variants.
These districts have begun to increase the number of RT-PCR tests to examine the spread of new variants.
Amravati and Chandrapur conducted nearly 2,000 tests on Thursday, while the Nagpur count test beyond 5,000 marks.
The district like Akola has received additional vaccine stocks to do a big drive this weekend.
Thursday is the sixth day in a row where no 11 districts report Covid-19 deaths in Vidarbha.
This is the longest no-covid death period in Vidarbha since May 2020.
In August, 16 of the 26 days has become Covid’s death-free days for Vidarbha, which is a very positive indicator.
Overall, 14,519 tests were carried out in Vidarbha, where 26 was found positive.
This takes the pioneering level of the test to 0.17% in the region.
Wardha, Akola and Gondia reported zero new cases.
New casts are reported in Washim (1), Buldhana (2), Bhandara (3), Chandrapur, Gadchiroli and Amravati (4 each).
Nagpur reported six new cases.
With 31 patients recovering on Thursday, 10,97,768 of 11,19,388 patients in Vidarbha have recovered.
It’s a recovery rate of more than 98%, which is better than the average state and national.
Only 262 patients underwent treatment and the majority of them in house isolation.
Amravati: Four new cases and three recovery took Caseload to 96,655 and recovered to 95,047 on Thursday.
District reported no Covid death.
This makes 46 patients under care.
Yavatmal: District reported no death, keeping the number unchanged at 1,787.
Administration received 391 testing reports, which were found positive.
At present there are nine patients undergoing hospital treatment.
Of the 72,840 patients so far, 71,044 – including five on Thursday – has recovered.
The test level of test is 10.17% and the mortality rate is 2.45%.
The daily level of peposititivity is 0.51%.
Wardha: Of the 480 tests, nothing was positive on Thursday.
One patient was sent back, took the recovery calculation to 48,061 and left four patients in care.
The kasel is 49,390 and the 1,325 toll road.

Chandrapur: No death reported for the sixth day in a row on Thursday, keeping the victim at 1.539.
With six recovery of four detection, kasel and recovery each has up to 88,615 and 87,038 respectively.
There are 38 patients left in care.
Akola: None of 590 samples tested in the last 24 hours positive in Akola.
Three patients recovered.
Now, 56,667 patients from 57,816 have recovered.
13 is in treatment.
Washim: One new case detected and one patient recovered on Thursday.
It stores the number of patients who lack exercise in Washim unchanged at 10.
Buldhana: two of the 1,596 tests carried out in the last 24 hours positive in Buldhana, taking Caseload to 87,382.
Two patients recovered, took the calculation to 86,686.
Now, 24 patients are under treatment.
Gondia: There are no new cases reported although 492 tests were carried out in the last 24 hours.
One patient recovered on Thursday.
The district now only has two patients who lack care, both in house isolation.
Gadchiroli: The four new patients were detected from 548 tests, while one patient recovered.
Kaseload reached 30,698, recovery of 29,919 and Toll 746.
Now, 33 patients are in care.
Bhandara: from 500 tests, three positives on Thursday at Bhandara.
One patient recovered.
Now, eight patients are in care.
