The person was identified as Congress MLA Joginder Pal.

The young man asked MLA, “Tu Ki Kita (what have you done?)” Commenting on the video, BJP Pathankot president, Vijay Sharma said, “There are legal rules in the country, if a man asked a question to his elected representatives, MLA should answer and satisfy it and not M Ustyles beat him.
