Ludhiana: Given the recent clashes between supporters of two candidates in the constituency of Atam Nahar and to ensure that no such incidents occur in the future, Returns Constituency Officers 62-Atam Nagar have ordered 24-hour video supervision from the Lok Insaf Party (lips) candidate Simarjit Singh Bains and Candidate for the Indian National Congress (Inc.) Police Commissioner Ludhiana Gurpreet Singh Bhullar told the FIR registered instantly in a recent clash between supporters of Simarjit Singh Bains and Kamaljit Singh Karwal.
