In a previous interview with the news portal, Vidya has been opened about patriarchy in our society and how women are victims and the same perpetrators.
Spilling some beans on the same thing, the actress was reported to say that many times when we talked about sexism or patriarchal mindset, it was a men’s preservation, but it was not true.
According to him, his mindset was very embedded in us that we unconsciously live.
So, he felt that women were victims as much as they were the perpetrators of the patriarchy.

Outlining more on the same thing, Vidya added that sometimes, he caught himself to judge a woman more rather than a man.
The actress also continued by saying that as a woman who was often caught by her herself became sexist.
According to Vidya, we are happier to say judgment on others and make enemy men.
However, he added that we must realize that sometimes we are our own enemies.
