Actor Vidya Balan, Film producer ETTA Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor will join the Oscar Government Agency, Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences this year among 395 executive members.
While Vidya has been recognized for his films such as ‘Tumhari Sulu’ and ‘Kahaani’, Kapoor ETTA, on the other hand, getting recognition for ‘Dream Girl’, ‘once in Mumbaii’ and more.
Meanwhile, Shobha Kapoor has ‘UDTA Punjab’ and ‘dirty images’ under their credit.
Another celebrity that will join Vidya, ETTA and Shobha are the winners of Oscar Yuh-Jung Youn award, Emerald Fennell and Florian Zeller.
Other artists like Henry Golding, Vanessa Kirby, Robert Pattinson and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II have also been invited to join the league this year.
Recently, the academy officially announced their ‘class 2021’ and tweet names, “It’s time to announce our new members! Meet class 2021.

While ‘Class 2021’ includes 395 people, last year 819 executives made it to the prestigious list including Bollywood Actor Alia Bhatt, Hrithik Roshan, filmmaker Nishtha Jain, Amit Madheshiya, Designer Neeta Lulla, director Casting Nandhini Shricent and many more.
Talking about the limited number of executives this year, the academy shares in a statement, “to enable a stable future growth and to ensure the necessary infrastructure, staff and environmental resources to support all members of the academy, the number invited to limited membership in about half Last years.
