Vidyut Jammwal recently opened about the questions he asked as a fitness fan.
According to him, someone must listen to their first body.
In an interview with the news portal, Vidyut said that in most of his career, people had asked all kinds of irrelevant questions about fitness and that included what he had eaten and when he slept.
Even though he agreed that the physical fitness core can be drawn to the basics, he added that we should not forget that we are all individual beings at the end of the day.
According to him, someone must practice to listen to their body’s needs first.
