Jaipur: Karnataka riding in half a century from KV Siddharth (85 did not come out), Skipper Manish Pandey (52 did not come out) and R Samarth (54) to sail to the quarter-finals of the Hazare Vijay Cup with an eight-goal comprehensive victory over Rajasthan here, on Sunday.
Chasing 200 for victory in the pre-quarter-finals, Karnataka subsided the house with more than six free overs.
Previously, sent to Bat, total 199 Rajasthan was built on a beats of counter-attacks (nine four and five six) by captain Deepk Hooda after the team dropped to 19 for 5.

Pandey then came with an active half a century and in the Siddharth company added 100 to the third goal to bring home the team.
Pandey finished the match with six big leg off-spinner Ravi Bishnoi, which was finished with no 63 of 9.4 overs.
Karnataka will take the South Tamil Nadu rival in the quarter-finals on Tuesday.
