Violence after the Bengali poll: NHRC slams ‘a terrible apathy’; political vendetta, said mamata

New Delhi: Taking a sharp observation of violence after the poll in West Bengal in May, the Panel of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) said that the situation in the state was the manifestation of the “law of the law” instead of “law rules”.
Observations are part of the report submitted by the Panel to the Calcutta High Court on July 13.
In its report, the NHRC panel has recommended the CBI probe into “sad violations such as murder and rape” which allegedly occurred during post-pollen violence and said the trial must be held outside the country.
The report strongly criticized the state government of Mamata Banerjee for allegedly failing to stem political violence which erupted after the trinamool Congress victory in the assembly election.
“The spatio-temporal expanse of the incident of violence in Bengal reflects the apathy-apathetic state government towards the fate of the victim,” Panel said in his report.
Furthermore, observing the incident representing a greater description of organized violence by ruling party supporters in retribution of people who dare to support other major parties who lost elections in the state.
The panel refers to BJP, which is the main challenger for TMC in the selection process.
The report observed that some state organs or government personnel still demanded the audience while others apparently “involved” in most violent incidents.
Mamata then hit the NHRC for “leaking” reports online and collecting political vendetta.
“BJP now uses agents that are impartial to complete the political score and slander our country.
NHRC should respect the court.
Instead of leaking findings to the media, it should first hand over the same thing to court.” What do you call this besides BJP political vendetta? It has not signaled the defeat (in the assembly poll) and that is why the party uses such a trick, “he said during the media direction.
The Trinamool head also targets the center to allegedly infricate the image of Bengal when he quote the incident when he quoted incidents.
Crime in Uttar Pradesh Ruled by BJP.
“PM Modi knew very well that there were no legal rules above.
So many incidents, from Hathras to Unnao, have occurred.
Even reporters don’t survive.
They slandered the image of Bengal, “Banerjee said.
The Committee was formed by the NHRC on the orders of the High Court to investigate alleged human rights violations during violence after the poll, had submitted five sets of reports sealed and taken at a record by the court.
