New Delhi: Central Investigation Bureau (CBI) on Saturday held two people from Nadia Regency in West Bengal and registered more fireplaces for violent incidents after polls in the state.
The Central Investigation Agency also enrolled a total of 21 fires in connection with this case.
The head of TMC Mamata Banerjee accused that in the ongoing CBI investigation into violence after the poll, BJP workers accompanied CBI officials to villages.
“In the violence after the poll, five BJP workers and 16 TMC workers have died.
We have no problems with the CBI, but why did they bring BJP leaders with the village? National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and all other commissions have become political.
, all of its members come from BJP, “he said.
Earlier this month, the Calcutta High Court ordered the CBI investigation monitored by the court into the violence incident after the poll in the state.
HC also ordered to organize a special investigation team (sitting) for senior investigations and officers from West Bengal cadres will be part of the team.
The court also directed the state government to immediately take steps to compensate for victims of violence after the poll.
Some incidents of violence have been reported in various places after the announcement of the assembly poll produced May 2, after that the four members who were trapped by the Interior Ministry also visited areas affected by violence after the poll.
