Violence Post-poll West Bengal: Calcutta HC ordered the police to register all cases

Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court on Friday ordered the police to register all cases of victims of violence after the poll in West Bengal.
Five judges while passing orders to violence after polls in West Bengal direct the state government to ensure medical care from all victims and to ensure the ration for affected even if they do not have a ration card.
Secretary of the Head of West Bengal has been directed at preserving all documents related to violence after the poll.
The court also ordered to carry out the autopsy of the two BJP Abhijeet Sarkar workers in Command Hospital in Kolkata.
It was issued to show a notification to DCP Jadavpur, Rashid Munir Khan IPS, asked them to explain why the insult of the court process should not be initiated against him after the NHRC team was attacked in Jadavpur.
The court also extended the investigation of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) to July 13 and posted this problem for the next hearing on July 13.
Some violent incidents have been reported in various places after the announcement of assembly results on May 2, after that the team of four members told by the Interior Ministry also visited areas affected by violence after the poll.
