New Delhi: The Delhi Court on Thursday provides protection from the arrest of Lakha Sidhana’s Gangsta-Activist in a case related to Violence on the Republican Day during the farmer’s rally, saying the Prima Facie has nothing to do with it.

Additional Public Prosecutor Rajat Kalra has opposed the anticipatory plea guarantee that claimed Sidhana had a long criminal history and was involved in several cases.
Police further alleged that he was one of the key conspirators of violence and leading leaders at the Singhu border during farmers’ protests.
Sidhana’s lawyer, Jaspreet Rai and Jassdeep Dhillon, told the court that there was no evidence to show that he pampered himself in violence.
