But an announcement issued by NSW police shortly following his arrest at the afternoon of June 16, disclosed he had been accused of participation in three instances of attacks on Sikhs there, such as attack on an automobile with Sikh youths within at night of February 28 continue, that had struck headlines from Australia.
The NSW authorities said that he had been charged with”three points of affray, three counts armed forces with aim commit indictable offence, two counts of ruin or damage property and assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company of other (therefore ).” Jood, 24, has been denied bail.

Second instance was of assault on a person driving a black 2015 Range Rover along Marion Street supposedly with a group of as many as five guys holding sticks and other weapons At the night of February 14.
Mentioning the next offense, where Jood had been included, NSW police stated,”Around 10.15pm February 28, a bunch of individuals travelling in a car on Kendall Street was assaulted by around ten guys.
The car sustained serious harm”.
