Kolkata: The University’s authority of Viscava-Bharati has told two students issued that the orders of ratification released against them on August 23 were not implemented now in compliance with the sequence of the Calcutta High Court recently.
Three graduate students issued – Somnatt Sow, Falguni Pan and Rupa Chakraborty – have sent separate emails to the proctor on September 9 urgent them to allow them to attend classes directed by the High Court.

“By referring to the honorable High Court command on September 8, the order is dizzy, it has been stored in a delay.

Judge Rajasekhar Mantha in the temporary order on September 8 has observed that the ratification of students for three years is hard and excessive.
He has directed that the Varsity expulsion command is stored in delay and allows students to rejoin the class.
