Santiniketan: VISVA-BHARATI on Friday “stored in the delay” Rustication of three students in accordance with the recent sequence of the Calcutta High Court.
This development approaches the heel of universities that expand the suspension of the Professor of Economic and the Association of the Faculty of President Sudipta Bhattacharyya with a month.
The High Court has asked the university to “remain in delaying” student ratification for three years.
Notification from the Proctor Office to the Principal of Vidya Bhavana on Friday said the order had fulfilled and suggested “the right action”.
In another order issued on Thursday night, registration registration Ashok Mahanato has made a decision to extend the suspension of the Professor to the Principal of Vidya Bhavana.
A copy of the notification, also sent to Professor’s personal files, said Bhattacharyya has been compiled in suspension until October 6 in the field that the “discipline process” is still delayed.
The previous university suspended the professor on January 7 and extended the same phase to 5.
The new command suspended it for another month with a retrospective effect on September 6.
Bhattacharyya said he was looking for legal advice.

I don’t know whether the university law allows a long period of suspension,” he added.
VISVA-Bharati has contemplated “insulting applications” in HC against a male student who lay vulnerable on the road to block university vehicles carrying acting registrants and registrar representatives earlier this week.
A student has, on the other hand, filed a complaint to the police santiniketan, said the two officials harassed female students and threatened to run on male students.
