Patna: Nalanda District Administration Prepares to Visit Vice President (VP) M Venkaiiah Naidu to Rajgir on Sunday.
He will inaugurate the 6th International Dharma Dhamma Conference on the University of Nalanda (NU) campus.
Commissioner Division Patna Sanjay Kumar Agarwal held a virtual meeting in this case with DM and SP from Nalanda on Wednesday.
He directs them to ensure that all the necessary settings are made for VP visits according to the standard protocol.
He also asked them to check the helipad and took security measures that were very easy during his arrival and departure.
In addition, Agarwal directed the officials concerned to forget the number of adequate judges and police on the way to the Venue and in the NU Auditorium where the conference will be held.
“All officials have been asked to be present in the venue on time and maintain law and order,” he said.
The Commissioner also told the officials to prepare a seat plan for guests in the venue and to take care of the protocol.
He directed them to ensure the power supply without interruption, the problem passed to the audience, for the right parking lot and systematically entered and the vehicle exit.
In addition, he asked them to prepare traffic plans and make it public.
The source in NU told this newspaper that the helipad was made on campus with district administrative assistance.
“About 200 delegates and experts from all over the world will attend a conference that will be handled by VP,” he added.
