Ludhiana: Residents might need to wait more time to find new arms licences since the city authorities have stopped issuing them for an extended period.
The decision had been taken since the special investigating team (SIT) shaped January this year to see whether the licences issued thus far are on real grounds hasn’t begun the confirmation drive.
