Mumbai: Cabinet Minister NCC Nawab Malik on Sunday alleged that Zonal Director NCB Sameer Wankhede was part of the conspiracy for the kidnapping of actor Shah Rukh Khan Aryan for Ransom and Functionary BJP Mohit Bharatiya was the mastermind mastermind.
