Mumbai: Dnyandev Wankhede, 72, father of former Zonal director NCB Sameer Wankhede on Wednesday filed an insulting petition against the Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Nawab Malik, 62, claiming he was deliberate by him on December 7, 2021, to the Bombay High Court.
Not making or posting comments slandering the Wankhede family.
Wankhede was a retirees of government officials and worked as a senior police inspector from the State Excise Department at the time of retirement in June 2007.
He filed a lawsuit last year to hold Malik from making and posting slanderous comments and insulting about him and his son and family.
Malik belongs to the Nationalist Congress Party where he is a national spokesman and President of the Mumbai unit.
Malik is the Minister of Maharashtra’s minority development.
Wankhede said in his application that Malik finally “submitted an unconditional apology with the word affidavit on December 10, 2021” and that HC happily accepted the unconditional apology in the order of 10 December 2021.
“He said that violating command recently as January 2 and 3.
His petition, which has not been heard, “Despite the business given to the court recorded Vit orders on November 25, 2021 and November 29, 2021, this respondent continued in early December 2021 to make a public statement against the Applicant and / or family members.
“HC on December 7 found that the prime facie statement like that in intentional and Malik violations had submitted an apology.
The petition was quoted by certain statements made by Malik and said,” It is very clear that the respondents by making the public statement mentioned above in verse 5 (o) (ii) to (ii) here, against the applicant and / or family members, especially the actors / negligence of the Petitioner, targeting the last caste / religion and personal integrity, respondents have intentionally and deliberately violates the statements made by respondents and received by this Hon’ble court.
