Agra: Criminal who was sought by RS 75,000 gift was shot dead in a meeting with Agra police on Monday after he escaped from detention by taking a revolver from the police.
He was taken to his hand’s house to recover weapons when the incident happened.
According to the information provided by the police, so far 146 criminals have been killed and 3389 were injured at a meeting with the police since March 2017 and the style has lost 13 personnel in the incident.
Providing detailed meetings in the state, ADG (law and order) Kumar said that 61 criminals have been killed in Meerut, 18 in Agra, 14 in Varanasi, 10 in Lucknow, 8 in the Kanpur zone.
