New Delhi: Delhi police arrested a gangster after a short exchange of shooting in Rohini.
The person identified by Gaurav aka Monti was held on Friday.
According to the police, he was a gangster colleague who was imprisoned by Ashok Pradhan.
Gaurav has avoided his arrest in a case of extortion, robbery and murder incidents that occurred in Qutubgarh.
Information was received by the police about the existence of the defendant and the trap was placed.
After seeing the defendant, the police staff tried to stop him after that he fired a shot on the police team.
In retaliation, the police were also fired.
Gaurav received a bullet injury on both legs and was mastered and arrested.
The gun used in the incident has been restored from the defendant along with four live cartridges.
In accordance with the police, Gaurav is involved in 13 criminal cases and desirable in four cases.
