T’puram: Kazhakoottam police on Sunday caught a 45-year-old man who was desirable by the court.
The police identified the defendant as binoy aka bino, is currently in a rented house near Murukkumpuzha.
The police said that Binoy had two arrest warriors issued by a delayed court in his name.
These include the old warrant associated with the theft cases recorded in 2005 and a warrant associated with the murder case recorded in 2013.
He was accused of killing one Rathesh of Valiyathura.
The defendant was guaranteed by the guarantee in both cases and escaped, breaking the guarantee term.
During the main part of his fugitive life, he lived in various places in Tamil Nadu and Bangalore.
Once, the police managed to track his speech in Bangalore and arrived there, but he managed to escape.
The police arrested him after they received a tip that he returned to the district and lived in a rented house in Murukkumpuzha along with his family.
